Exchanges and Returns

We want every product BY FAITH. to inspire you — but if something isn't quite right, that's okay.

Exchange or return period: up to 14 calendar days after receipt.

The product must be unused, with tags and original packaging.

Requests should be made via email to support@byfaithstore.com, stating the order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds: will be processed after receipt and analysis of the product.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges due to defects: if a manufacturing defect is proven, the customer may request a replacement or a full refund.
